NAM - Creators Wanted

HURDLE:

NAM launched the Creators Wanted campaign to shift outdated perceptions of manufacturing careers - especially among young people and their families. For this initiative, they needed to spotlight their new jobs website and career resources in a way that felt current, inspiring, and highly shareable. The challenge was creating a piece that could capture attention quickly on social channels while aligning with the larger campaign’s tone and mission.

APPROACH:

I leaned into NAM’s existing Creators Wanted branding to develop a tight, energetic animation that could thrive in a scroll-heavy digital space. The visuals were designed to feel youthful and forward-looking, using movement, rhythm, and clarity to lead viewers directly to the career site. Every second was shaped to feel purposeful and aligned with NAM’s broader storytelling efforts across their member and public-facing channels.

CREATIVE:

The final deliverable was a short-form animated video optimized for social platforms and internal sharing. It highlighted the Creators Wanted jobs portal in a way that was visually bold, campaign-consistent, and easy to distribute. The video served as a digital gateway to NAM’s career tools, helping extend the reach of the initiative through accessible, branded motion content.
